Kixkurre was created by Goimen (Goierri Rural Development Association). Its objectives are focused on the management of land, its people and products, in order to preserve and promote a certain way of life, values, character and region, the "Goierri Gipuzkoa.

With Kixkurre we work for the preservation of a rural world and a vibrant, sustainable form of agricultural which guarantees a way of life, an identity and a tradition that has survived throughout history, and which today struggles to preserve its essence and activity, adapting to new times.

Kixkurgune, the Goierri agro-shop, is a new concept. It is a space that facilitates the interrelationship between producer and consumer, where in addition to seeing, living, buying and tasting the product you can also savour it in a unique way.

Kixkurgune is managed by Goierriko Nekazal Kooperatiba, a company founded at the beginning of the 20th century and represented by more than 100 baserritarras from the region. The cooperative is becoming a benchmark in Basque agriculture, taking on the challenge of opening up new lines of trade, as well as building bridges with society.
