It is an initiative of the feminist movement that was launched in 2003. It has these services: information, training, advice, coordination spaces. It has several spaces: technical office, assembly hall, association hall, kitchen workshop, library and documentation centre.
The form of management is totally institutional. The centre employs an equity officer and a part-time revitaliser.
