The revitalisation of the Toulouse market has been promoted by the Toulouse City Council and the Tolomendi Rural Development Association, and one person has been hired.
Among the proposed objectives are to get more people, especially young people, to buy from the market and to strengthen the collective dynamics between the baserritarras. For this purpose different activities, workshops, product visibility strategies, gastronomic events, etc. are carried out.
